Plaque Dedication to Jack Kerouac

October 23, 1996

 

There was a large turnout on October 23, 1996 at a dedication of a plaque by the Historic Landmarks Preservation Center at Lindenwood VAC's headquarters located at 94-10 133 Ave, Ozone Park, NY. The plaque was in honor of Jack Kerouac (1922- 1969), a famous poet and novelist who lived in the building where LVAC is now headquartered.
